Your first steps with NETO Textil

At the very first launch, a wizard asks for your shop identity. This information will appear on your invoices and receipts.

• Launch NETO Textil: the wizard opens automatically.
• Enter your shop name, address and phone number.
• Tax identifiers (NIF, NIS, RC…) can be completed later in Settings.

The reference is the master record of a fabric: everything starts from it.

• Open the “Stock” screen from the side menu.
• Click “New reference” and give it the fabric name.
• Add a photo if you like: it makes searching at the counter easier.

A bale corresponds to a purchase from a supplier. Receiving it fills your stock: ranges, colors and rolls with their length.

• In “Stock”, click “New stock” to open the shipment reception.
• Pick the reference and the supplier, then enter the ranges, colors and rolls received.
• Enter the purchase price and, if needed, the supplier payment installments.

Wholesale with an A4 invoice or retail with a receipt: stock and cash register update instantly.

• Open the “Sales” screen then click “New sale”.
• Add the fabrics sold: meters are deducted from stock automatically.
• Collect cash or on credit — customer debts are tracked for you.

The cash register records every movement, and the dashboard shows the essentials at a glance.

• Open “Finance” then “Cash register”: your collections are already recorded there.
• Add your expenses (rent, transport…) for an accurate net profit.
• The dashboard shows cash balance, today’s sales and low-stock alerts.
